Got my motorbike kit in from Kings a few days ago and got started on the build last night.
I picked up an older Giant Sedona ATX mountain bike last week. I installed new cables and housing on the bike as well as completely rebuilding the shifters and hubs. I went with the GRUBEE SkyHawk GT5 66cc/80cc Angle Fire Slant Head Bicycle Engine Kit. After receiving the engine kit my friend and I tore the motor down and began porting the intake, exhaust, transfer ports, cylinder head and polished the piston. We also removed all bolts and studs from the engine and loctite'ed that *****. I will try to get some pics up later today or tomorrow of the build. This will hopefully be a badass motorbike! keeping the fingers crossed!
