and do you think it would be faster than a normal size cruiser or maybe slower? Thoughts comments?
While the bike may weigh a little bit less than a 26 inch, due to its size, its top speed and acceleration will be related almost directly to how much you weigh and what size drive sprocket you bolt to the rear wheel. And on top of that, there's a number of performance mods that one can do to up-the-ante. We have some racers on this forum who understand the pertinent math (Bairdco comes to mind). I'd read up on their posts about how to soup it up safely.

If you plan to use it as a pit bike or to putt around the neighborhood, the old stingray sized bikes are great. If you plan to commute on it, travelling higher speeds and mixing it up with the cars, a full sized cruiser or mountain bike is a better choice.
