Hey guys,

I want to use a different spark plug but i cant use the one i have because i cannot take the cap off and it will not fit in the stock boot. is there any sites out there that have these boxes and cable that will fit a normal plug. Or better yet how to you replace the stock wire with a aftermarket wire? .we.

I don't know what type of plug you are using, but a good replacement is the NGK BP6HS or equivalent. Replace the crappy spark plug wire with a quality wire core lead and a new boot. Lawn mower repair shop or motorcycle shop is a good place for a metallic core plug wire. Most automotive parts stores only sell resistance plug wires which is what you don't want. The wire will unscrew from the CDI, but some of the newer ones are glued in and you'll have to carefully dig out the wire.
