Harold, the hub is from a Columbia moped. It is heavy duty, all aluminum and takes 36 12 gauge spokes. I'll post you a photo on here tomorrow. Thanks for your interest.

Harold B, here are your photos. I'm assuming this hub will need new bearings and shoes, not sure but I would replace them.
