Here is a link to a picture diagram of it. http://www.mopedarmy.com/wiki/Image:5pinout.jpg
It came with an ignition coil. I took the positive of the ignition coil plug and I put it to the positive of the ignition coil. and I took the negative of the ignition coil to the ground of everything. The ground includes the ground from the CDI, the ground from the engine, ground from the ignition coil and the ground from the kill switch.
The ignition coil looks like this http://img.diytrade.com/cdimg/30814...s_Ignition_coil_for_2_stroke_50CC_Scooter.jpg
I couldn't figure out where I connect the positive from the magneto (which is in the engine). Do I connect it to the timing trigger or the AC ignition power? I've tried it every which way.
This is the motorized bike engine kit I have. http://www.bikeberry.com/gas-engine...-angle-fire-bicycle-engine-kits-2-stroke.html
Has anyone ever tried to use a scooter CDI like this one?
