anybody here have any experence with these hubs?

They look strong enough to hold a disc and mount a sprocket to, but the venders dont understand english?
Basicly, I was wondering if its possible to but a solid axle on them. I am thinking about building wheels with them but since I was told that QR hubs are differnent depending to the cone size, I am hesitant to pull the triger.
Its a problem, I guess trying to find hubs to build, that will accomadate solid axles.
