(Disc Brakes) Does Anyone Know Where to get This?

Do you mean a top hat adapter or perhaps this style sold by Jake's?

With some creativity on your part, you can run both a sprocket and a brake disc on the same side. Note, frame clearance can be a issue. This is not a "plug and play" modification.

Thanks guys, but I saw those already, this set up looks like an all-in-one
disc/ sprocket/ hub type of deal here. Not an adaptor.
By the looks of it, it's like the band brake one, but with the disc instead.
And I am looking to not spend a lot of money, of which I don't have a lot of at this time, or any time.

And BicycleDesigner sells a knockoff of the adapter from cyclesus.com. I want one of those to go with the original one I have.
