New to the forum

I was given a Think electric bicycle a few weeks ago.It came with no batteries,no charger & no owners manual.It has not been ridden in about 3 years but looks all but new.Where do I start,where can I get an owner's manual,where can I purchase a charger & where on the bike is the model & serial numbers?I sure can use your help,I know nothing about this bike at all.Any & all help would be appreciated.Thanks from central Florida.
