So, what am going to do is get some tackifier for my Amsoil racing grease OR use some aluminum boat type grease....less flingage of grease to get on clutch and better lubing of gears.
Found that in the "take a tip, leave a tip" thread. Am I supposed to be greasing these gears? Does that dampen that annoying clutch sound?

Just a couple Q-tip's of grease, not too much, I have been using the red High temp bearing grease, it turns brown when it needs changng, I spray the gears with brake cleaner, re-apply about 3 dabs of grease, just enough to keep things moving. I do this about every 10 hours or so, Just my opinion, seems to be working OK.

It does not really dampen that annoying sound. Glue a mouse pad over the cover, it does help a little.
