Started my build tonight by mounting the rear sprocket on rear wheel. Everything was going well, the hole fit the hub, the brake arm cleared the bolt heads all I had to do was trim the lip from the dust cap. I put everything back together and the bike would not pedal either way. Also, the rear wheel would not turn if you tried to spin it by hand.
Took the axle and bearings out and the shoes seem like they are stuck in the hub. Aren't they supposed to come out? To add insult to injury, one of the bearing races fell out and popped a ball out. I'm so frustrated that I'm calling it a night.
Any help would be appreciated.
