I busted the o-ring trying to get it off of the idle jet. NAPA did not have the same size. They had the right diameter but about 2mm in width.

The o-ring appears to be 4mm ID, maybe 1mm in width, it is very slim.

My recommendation to anyone with idle problems is to get a new idle jet, don't mess with replacing the o-rings.

The slow jets are very tiny to be sure. You can clean them easy by cutting an old bike cable and using one of the threads to poke through this slow jet hole which is tiny. Even with filters, these jets are so tiny they can clog easy. Not only that, but the O ring can get brittle and shrink. Once this happens, it leaks fresh air and the engine will no longer run properly. So.. If you have a Titan XC50, HS 142, Honda or other engine of this style that uses this Slow Jet, and you are having a problem with it running properly, you need to pull the slow jet, clean it, and repleace the O ring. To see how to pull and clean this slow jet, simply check out this video.
