have 80cc motor, trying too connect led head light hooked six volts to light and works great when hooked to bike motor it kills motor

It sounds like the bulb is drawing too much juice. Perhaps you could replace the incandescent bulb with LED which draws a lot less. These little motors don't produce a lot of juice, but there are ways around it. I've rebuilt a number of headlights and replaced the bulbs with LED lights. Do a search and you'll find more information here on how to's.
