tav2 need rpm reduction

hi all...
on the tav2 it comes with a 2200 rpm clutch, i only have 4000 rpm motor, how do i reduce the factory tension spring so that the clutch will activate at a lower speed, such as 1200 rpm...
or ware do i buy the parts...

here is the link so you know what this is, its for small motors its a vaviable speed cloutch gearbox set up, used on less than 8 hp. it fits a 3/4" shaft, on the net you can order a spacer to fit a 5/8" shaft that will make it a 3/4" shaft and then add this tork converter...
