not exactly what you need but a good start. in MA mopeds are considered motorized bicycles, you'd have to check with your RMV to get the facts on what MBs are considered (or what is considered an MB where you live).
66cc (80cc as you and some others call it) may not even be legal in your state under any circumstances, OR it could be that a motor of any size even 48cc has the same laws and they base it motor horsepower instead of displacement.
