hello I am new to this website and i dont know where to go to ask but i am having problems with my new 80cc engine kit I have everything hooked up and ready to go but it is extremely hard to pedal sometimes i cant pedal at all so if anyone can give me some advice i would greatly appreciate it.

You should have little to no resistance when the clutch is pulled in.

Why don't you just use a small thin punch and hammer and punch the pin out and forget about a link.
It's not as hard as you may think. Ask if you don't understand.
The kits come with 415 but looking at the chain that came in my kit, the box says "DH 083-110L so I'm a little lost right now. #41 chain is what some people use from places like tractor supply but they replace the whole chain when doing that.

Try removing plug and earth it then push it around to see if the piston is grabing put some wd40 in to lube it
