HS 142 F 49cc 4 stroke motor
about 10 miles total on bike.
There is some hard vibration under initial take off but then it smoothes out and is far more comfortable than the 2 strokes I have built. But I am finding far more loose nuts and bolts on this motor than on the 2 strokes. A major concern I have is with the clutch center bolt. It is only a 1/4 28 cap screw and has backed out a couple of times already. Yesterday I was unable to complete a ride to the store and had to push it home. The screw and washer with the bushing were all in the clutch cover. I replaced the screw with a slightly longer one and a new washer and lock washer I have always used lock tight. Any thoughts?
