Well, it is a used rim from a "high-end bike". One can hope that, having come from a mountain bike, it should be a little more heavy-duty. I think you could be looking at a pretty good deal there.
On a lighter note: "Regarding shipping, we ship in a 24x24x7 box" - I have to wonder how they get a 26" wheel in a 24x24 box. :) (You obviously don't get a tire with it, I believe.)

I didn't see the 'used' part, although I am not opposed to buying used.
I saw a used cannondale set for $75.

Just looking for a 'reglar Joe' disc brake set-up, nothing too pricy.
You are correct, I was wrong about them being used:

"Note- Since these are NEW bicycle take-offs from our high end bikes, there may be light scratches due to storage since there are no boxes for these."

I saw "take-offs" and "may be...scratches" and made an incorrect assumption. But it still means a good deal for you. Cheap rims and a disc adapter would cost as much if not more. About all it doesn't say is whether they're aluminum rims or steel, and what gauge spokes.

OOOOOHhh
(Krusty in a face palm moment)

In my enthusiasm, I forgot to check if the frame was compatible for disc brakes.
It's not.
There is an adapter on ebay, but I am not paying $50.00 for it.

I will have to make my own somehow.
