Is that a Del"Orto clone?

I have heard some good things about it, but you'd better wait to hear from some of the guys who have them before you buy.

It's a nice carb....Buy it here it's a whole bunch cheaper.

It's just like this one, but has an adjustable air screw.
About 15 lines down.. right side of page..RT carb for $29.99

That's about right, why would you want to push a bike greater then that, especially if it isn't built for speed. Too many things can happen on a converted bike. Mine will push 25, but seldom ever go over 20MPH.
