What is this fuel booster?

This thing is listed by luckearlybird all it says in the auction is: "fuel booster
it can bring more power and save the fuel on the your motor bike
also can use it on motorcycle and ATV etc"

It's a crappy Chinese boost bottle with a tapped carb inlet.

It is a fuel booster for the seller. You send him money and it boosts his spending money for more fuel or whatever he (or she) chooses. I don't see the need for such a useless item but hey, it's there for whomever wants one. Waste-o-money ring a bell? laff
