Here is a new e-assist velomobile that can be ordered for under 5 grand. (Try to find a currently available e-assist velomobile for under 10 grand). Most velomobiles are really low to the ground for aerodynamics or pretty tall like the ELF for cargo space and better visibility to cars. The height and weight of the new Ego lies between them. There is a nice video clip on both sites of the prototype. Looks to be powered by a Magpie hub.
