I've read where some on this forum use different things to cover their xchamber. Any ideas that will cover it to keep your leg from getting singed every so often.

Thx. I have sbp xchamber, and the silver cover that covers the bottom of the xchamber, i've noticed gas been leaking out of the top of it. Cuz I noticed around that part of the pipe was wet, and i sniffed, and sure enough, Its gas. It may be doing it on the bottom too. Is that supposed to happen? I don't think its supposed to. Its held onto the chamber by rivets. It was loose when i got it and still loose.

Yeah there is nothing there to seal it , if your running rich enough , sure you will see gas.
Later when the fiberglass loads up with oil (if your running any of the richer oil/ gas mixes) it will push some oil out there.
Just cleaned mine but I think at 100:1 with opti 2 , oil saturation of the fiberglass wont be a problem ;).
