Saw this trike on EBay. It's the only upright trike I've seen with two wheels in front (the others I have seen are recuments). I suppose you could add a "trike kit" to the rear to make a quad.

I think this trike can be motorized by electric rear hub motor, there are may ebike conversion kit online shop, it is easy to get a bicycle electrified.
