whats up dudes,started polishing a 66cc motor,comin out good,a lot of sanding.started on the primary and the clutch cover housings for the motor side.

Felt bobs and buffing compound? I took my covers to a pewter finish with scotch brite, I am trying to keep an aged look about things. Those parts you did look great!

Nice work! Just don't sand any holes in the block! i seen some pics of a guy who bought a 2 stroke engine kit, and the head bolts were exposed throughout the entire jug! Meaning, you can see the bolts through the fins! I can't believe the would ship something like that. It's just amazing how here we are in 2010, and all companys' can think about is " How do we save more money", instead of "How do we make the customer appreciate, respect, and hopefully continue buying,and spreading the word about our great product". In the 50's, it wasn't like that at all. Mostly everything that was made out of metal was usually forged, not cast and was more common to be made here in USA.
