At minimum this needs a bike motor although I would go with a 5hp B&S . ...... D.J.

That thing is way cool....don't think the other half would go for it though. My cruiser project was a tough sell..

looks like work , but would earn bragging rights with my grandson , I want somthing with gas and wind power
