No matter what I do my plug can't be judged, white and dry,n-t carb, I have jetted all the way to a 74mm jet still white.. I did just replace the head gasket and no leaks(slant head ) plug pointing towards carb. I did the carb. Cleaner spray and found leaks at the seal behind magneto mag. Installed new seal re- checked ok. Found leak at top of carb. Fixed. At this point there is no more leaks, it's a raw motor,5th gal. Of gas 50to1 redline oil, very lost at this point. Prior to replacing head gasket plug was always wet with gas very little color, what to do next?? Anybody out there had this problem? Thanks...

That's odd... the plug should be wet & oily with a jet that big!!!
I'm assuming that you have a 2-stroke engine? There's no need to keep jetting bigger just because of the color; the stock jet should be fat enough that it won't run lean (& hot.)

Is it running real bad with that jet???
