Yes the issues with steering stem is gone they replaced by my supplier before they ship. There are some small things about the GT line of bikes the front shocks will flex a lot is you put disk brakes on. The entry level forks but they work just fine with the stock brakes and some times the are minor shipping probs like scratched paint and and broken cable adjusters. I have had to replace a tire tube for one customer and several have had to have there wheels trued but I think they where perfectionist type people. But with that said these minor things and all in all this a GREAT BIKE TO MOTORIZE just try to get warranty work done on any bicycle after you tell them you just installed and engine on it GT bikes have warranties even after you put an engine on it.
