When I took the 1911 Indian BTR to the Tehachapi car show I almost got into an argument with an older gentleman when he refused to believe that it wasn't 100 YRS. old he said he was the 3rd generation to work at the Mass Indian Factory and this one was real and why would I tell everyone it wasn't real ? OH WELL ! it is amazing to look at peoples face's and how they react to these bikes ( true enthusiasts )

Yer bike sure fit right in though and I like the 1901 E.R. Thomas.

Congratulations for the well deserved win. If I hadn't been following along with the build I would never have guessed that it was anything but an original bike.

Maytag may well have followed so many other builders and built a motorcycle of which few remained.
