Your engine is sounding very good for a new one. If I could make a suggestion, find a place where you can let it wind up a little. Don't go for miles at wide open throttle, WOT, but it does need some hard running along with your short rides.
There are many views on proper break in procedures but I believe most will agree that a few moments of wide open will shorten the break in period as well as help seat the piston rings.
Keep in mind that the Chinese 2 stroke doesn't reach full power potential until it has accrued a few hundred miles. 2 to 300 is about normal. And they get even better after that.
