Looks like Felt is inspired somewhat by boardtrackers.....and speedway bikes. Looks like a nice bike to throw and engine on, dnut ?

An old, slow revving 2 stroke would look period and be compact enough to go into it, I think. Preferably with 2 exhaust ports, but you're unlikely to find that style.
