DIY Predator powered BMX

Saw this for sale on my local craigslist. Unfortunately, it has no pedals. It's very clean and simple. Offset mounted motor drives the rear with a belt and idler clutch. No jack shaft.
"THE PREDATOR"motorbike. Built w/ vintage 60's style but with today's technology, 79cc engine, belt drive, 40 mph+......low hours. $1200 or best offer........I will not answer e-mails w/o a phone number, please

Looks like he did a good job, if he could of somehow keep the pedals it would be better. He used the garden tiller design of belt tension, I wonder what kind of rear rim setup he used.

I think this motorized bicycle has 20" wheels on a 24" frame.
The front brakes rub the sidewall of the tire. See pic.
No back brakes.

No rear brakes would be a deal killer for me, I'm older and smarter than I was when I used to do those kind of projects. My first motorized bike project was a 3hp Briggs in frame with no pedals and no brakes at all, except my converse all stars stuck in the back of the front forks as a scrub brake!
