i live in florida so no hills im 220lbs, and would like to know what kind of engine i should use 2 or 4 stroke? i was considering a gt5 then i saw the four strokes whats going to give me the best performance mostly speed however would the four stroke be much slower only being 49cc vs. the 80cc's and would it be alot less noise?

4 stoke Less noise yes, more power depends on gearing. Given the same motor with the same gearing a 4 stroke will lag behind a 2/stroke in top end. 4/stroke will have more torque vs the 2/stroke. Just depends on what you want vs price vs kit.

You may be a good candidate for a Titan from thatsdax see his add on this site.
An inframe two stroke will be sufficient, either the 49cc or the 66cc (80) model. The Titan is a four stroke, and quiet, with plenty of reliable power.

I would suggest you read around this site and take your time making your decision.
