  • The sproket must be centered on the hub an in line with the engine sproket the chain must also sit in the tensioner straight it may need to be tweeked too much chain slack can be a problem, some bikes require use of half link master links. the rear sproket can also go on 2 ways mine lines up shiny side facing wheel yours may be different but having the sproket center is critical an to some time as i tightened mine i used my eye spun the wheel tighting in a star pattern little by little using a fiber tipped hammer to make small adjustments rubber mallet is good too also zip ties were spokes intersect may help during setup for me the sproket /chain set up was the longest part hey if you need a hand let me know
    hey whats upim stationed at ft stewart what kind of bike you have i have a huffy nel lusso i got a kit from pirate cycles it is a grubee starfire 66cc the nel lusso had an oversize tube the kit comes with a plate to use with the oversize tube but it requires you to drill the frame i just welded the plate to a 1 1/2" exhaust clamp an did not drill anything that was realy the hardest thing to do . mounting the sprocket is time consuming but air tools help alot. you need help let me know
