Main fork tubes ... bent in pipe bender useing mandrels....pipe is 1" x .125 wall....used a lumber profile to get correct bends
Tube steel used for the forks...profile for the correct curve required for forks
Steering head is from a suzuki 500...its 1" in diameter and has tapered bearings....
