Dax shipped the 2 collars ASAP for a low price. I am pleased. I got the driveshaft out by removing the engine and snap ring and all the grub screws in the collars, lubricating the shaft, and pounding it through with a wooden dowel and hammer. It's hooked up and running now. Experimenting with carb.
 
Good results with the 1" roller. The bike is not sluggish at all, and runs 20-25mph without bogging or dropping speed. Good for city traffic with lot of stop and go.
