bolt head is on other side of board, then lockwasher and nut, 1" PVC pipe spacer over nut (cut to fit), then lockwasher and nut inside of channel. Other point of attachment is the front pivot bolt from Dax, with a big flat washer on the outside of the plastic board, then the nylock nut.
