DSC07000 1024 After cutting and grinding there is some oil smoke. Also you can see the bevel on the nipple.

DSC06999 1024 Bevel the nipple to lay the first weld. Gets more penetration so that more of the nipple is welded to the flange.

SBP flexi hose Modification

Modifying my SBP expansion and adding a 3/4 inch flexi hose and routing the exhaust and noise aft past the rear tire.
By the way it sounds bad azz now!
