This is the evolution of the Schwinn Outlaw, Florida would not allow me to register my bike because it was "Not manufactured to be motorized, once a bicycle-ALWAYS a bicycle", hence the name Schwinn Outlaw. So I got Skyhawk GT2 frame from Gasbike.net and cleared that hurdle, now its legal and tagged and ever since, cops leave me alone. As soon as they see my tag they lose interest in me.
