Yes the NT is a good little carb the RT/ Dellorto sha clone is a nice little carb also, the RT is better low to mid power and throttle response but I've seen the high top end speeds with the NT carb, not sure why that is I guess they just flow better in the upper rpms, Fred Clemenski says he has had the same results on his high end china girls, but for stock to mild engines I like the performance of the RT as well as the NT.
