Anybody know about using these on a motorized bike, would they be too wide for chain clearance or not? They are 1.95 wide and I want to put them on a Schwinn swindler any information would be greatly appreciated.

One of my employees put these on a regular bike that he used for his main transportation. They certainly looked cool! However, after 4 flats in 4 weeks, and a major roadrash event during a light drizzle, he decided that 'uncool' was a better option.

I don't believe that the size would be an issue. Best of luck in your decision!

I've also heard they suck.. dont know where from. A tire I've had a lot of experience with is the Kenda Kwest 26x1.95, good semi-treaded slicks, used to use them before I moved up to 2.5 and 3" wide tires. I do not get flats, however, probably due to never riding in the bike lane where all the road crap accumulates.

My last 2 tire sets have been Continental CityRide II's. Best bike tires I've ever used!
