Tried it as well, done with trying to buy from someone who 1/2 butts it. Reminds me of manic mechanic

those wide ride forks are awesome for my occ stingray style xxxl chopper bicycle's & stretch cruiser bicycle builds!

Wow that is just a stout / aggressive looking setup!!!!

What wheel & tire size's will these accommodate:

20" x 4.25" = tire, 100mm & 80mm rims ?

24" x 4.25" = tire, 100mm & 80mm rims ?

26" x 4.25" = tire, 100mm & 80mm rims ?

No more waiting for imported extra wide ride front forks.

thank you, ( jim ) & the pedalchopper inc's, design & build staff for your american made products for use by the motorized bicycling community!!!

I've got to throw my 2 cents in as well, I received my parts from Jim way faster than expected. The workmanship is Flawless. It's nice that there is another Excellent product being made for the motorized bicycle community by another member right here in the USA.

Thanks Jim

Just wanted to say that your Pedalchopper Wide ride Forks with disc brake tabs, are un-freaking-believable, they look great on my XYZ Bikes XL Chopper.

Question, do you have a front wheel disc brake conversion kit available yet for the Schwinn Chopper rear hub that can be used for the front wheel disc brake setup, and any pic's of this?

Note, the XYZ Bikes XL Chopper is no longer in production and this chopper has a 1-inch head tube, I know your forks were designed for the Schwinn Choppers which have a 1-1/8 inch head tube. However I was able to make my own steering tube using the XYZ Bikes XL Choppers steering tube.

Delivery from your warehouse to the Washington, D.C. area was super fast only 2-days, they actually arrived a day earlier than was scheduled according to fedex tracking, they should have arrived on wednesday but got here on tuesday.

I installed them in about 15-minutes. Un-packing the forks from the shipping box took longer than the installation. Superb packing not one scratch on them!!!

Suggestion maybe put a instructional page on your website for customers and or add a tutorial video. Just a thought.

Again, thanks Jim for all you do and for your aftermarket products for the Chopper Genre of motorized bicycling.

I'm a very satisfied, happy-mind-blown customer with these new Pedalchopper Wide Ride Forks.

I actually saved money ordering from you, instead of ordering from one of Europes premier chopper bicycle supplier's. Their extra wide forks were nearly $150.00 more than yours.

Yes you can quote me if you'd like to!

Peace Crazy Horse.

Jim, @pedalchoppers.com

I received the new disc brake rotor mounting adapters to convert a rear 20-inch by 4-1/4" Schwinn Chopper wheel and 100mm hub to a disc brake front wheel when using the Extra Wide forks ( Wide Ride Fat Boy Pedalchoppers Forks with disc brake mounting tabs ) these forks allow for using a 4-1/4" front wheel and 100mm hubs with easy disc brake upgrade!

I'll be heading out to the shop here soon to mount these with pics showing how easy a mod this is.

This design was my own version I had the local machinist add left handed threads to my Schwinn Choppers left side rear hub, so that I could run a sproter setup.

However you system has made it an option that is affordable to the masses.

You my friend are in a lot of ways bringing motorized chopper bicycles to the masses, so what I'm saying is you IMO are the Henry Ford / William Harley to all of us motorized bicyclists.

Kudos, Praise, to you at www.pedalchopper.com and the many many others here in the forum Vendors and members alike who share they're products and knowledge , again thanks to all of you and others here in the forum who continue to innovate and offer amazing motorized bicycling products!

Peace Crazy Horse.

P.S. Members if you've found a product that is of top quality please share it, with all of us members.

If you see that product can be improved please share it with the designer or manufacturer, I'm sure it'll be appreciated by all or us!

There's a REASON I give Jim such good reviews, and it's not because his stuff is cheap!
I don't even LIKE choppers.

Check this thread for more information about the Greg Blake Schwinn Adult size Chopper Bicycle Designer for and about the Schwinn XXL Chopper Bicycle, yes it is real.

Yes Pedalchopper.com owner Jim Wilson has his own version of the Schwinn SS Wide Fatboy Style front forks for sale to the public. These forks allow you to mount a rear schwinn stingray chopper wheel 20-inch by 4.25-inch as a front wheel, just remember to remove the freewheel sprocket..brnot

Using 20 X 4.25-Inch wheels front and rear = Schwinn Fatboy style builds.

Jim Wilson, and Pedalchopper.com are my go to place for custom parts for my Schwinn Chopper builds.
