Colonial Coast USA.
For you guys that doubt the ability of this adapter to handle high loading, I have been running one on my Lifan 125cc 4spd bike for several hundred miles now. This set up can be pretty brutal in power transfer/shifting as well as reverse loading from down shifting and the massive compression braking this engine has. Its catching it in both directions pretty hard. Have yet to have it move on the wheel hub. This has got to prove beyond doubt Pat has a well designed/made product!

Hi Pt, I'm interested on your adapter but I don't know if it will fit on my bike.
I have a Felt Twin that has a shimano couster brake bat It doesn't said the model.
Can just tell you the Measurements in order to know if the adapter will work on it?
thanks for your help.

If it a single speed coaster brake it is most likely a Shimano 110. It usually is stamped on the coaster brake arm. If you have a three speed coaster brake hub then it would be the Nexus three speed. I have a handful of Nexus three speed units being tested now, and once I am satisfied they work correctly I will release them.

As far as you guys out there running my adapters on higher horse power applicatons I want to say thanks for the feedback! I had never imagined my adapter would show up on so many different applications. It's out there being abused on Morini, Lifan, 200cc clone applications, and even a few 125cc dirt bike engines without a single failure. This product has far outperformed my expectations!

Hi Pat,
I just checked the coaster and in the arm it said;
shimano CB E110.
Should tihs be the same size as the normal CB 110?
I measured and it has 38.75 mm at the center.
Let me know if is your adapter will work and I put my order wright away.
Thanks.

Far away from home
ive had the mm adapter before and it was good. I just bought a sportsman adapter for coaster brake hub, works great, ever so slightly harder to install because its 3 piece instead of 2 piece..

I emailed you about different sprockets but never got a response.. =(

I seriously try to return every email I ever receive, but I get a lot and could have missed yours. What size do you need? If I don't stock it I will have it made and shipped in a weeks time. My email is [email protected]
Thanks,
Pat

I don't get any requests for them so haven't really considered it. Currently I have no plans to make them. That could change if volumes are there. I can bore any size as a custom, though, but have to charge machining time.
