It must take a team of people, each an expert in their field. Very impressive, thanks again.
Thanks Zean but this project has a team of one: "Dean, the owner of Pipelyne Manufacturing". This bike has zero track time but lots of street and dirt time with an air cooled Morini. The motor is actually thinner than the air cooled version but has 2+ ponies more than the highest rated air cooled version. It will be at the Willow Springs race. Dean plans on racing his bike as well at this race so it should be a good one!

That's fantastic that you and Dean are going to be racing
your Morini's at Willow Springs.
I am going to start collecting entries and info. Only 39 days to go!
How many Morini's are you guys racing? Are you bringing anyone else?

May be enough Morini's for their own class.

Hi. Wow, look at that thing. Is that a water-cooled Morini? The engine block is massive, a hi-tech engine with precision tolerances on an extensively tested, well-balanced, highly manuverable, hi-tech suspension-type bicycle. I didn't realize how serious this business has become. I don't understand how an electric bicycle can win in a race with the gasoline 2-stroke bicycle. Does it get the lead off the line then hold off the gasoline bicycle with about equal driving ability? Thankyou for letting me comment in this thread. I don't see how you find the time to build a bicycle like that. It must take a team of people, each an expert in their field. Very impressive, thanks again.
Here is the first ever water cooled Morini built by SiFab another one man team.

That has got to be the most beautiful Bike I've seen BiMoPed!
Does the owner plan on racing it at the Willow Springs Race because I would love to see that bike run. Everything about that bike looks lighten and made for racing. How much does the bike weigh?

Does anyone know if these bikes still being produced? Sure would be a fun thing to rocket around on the logging roads up here in Washington. How much for a finished bike?

Looking at my Boxer any one of theses motors will fit. S6-E ELECTRONIC will fit but needs a different exhaust flange.

The S6-T TRAINEE , S6-S SPORT , and the S6-C COMPETITION all fit. on this bike all these motors have a identical mounting base. The water cooled needs a radiator fitted.dnut

Well, I've been trying to get through to Pipelyne for about 2 weeks and still no answer, plus their message box is full :-|| Anyone else able to get through (I've heard on the forums others are having problems)?

Got through to him just yesterday, apparently I was calling from a restricted number and therefore he did not get the phone. Anyway, just to relay what Dean said, they are selling complete bikes still and it is $1300 plus the price of the motor you choose. The bikes also get 112 mpg with the Morini motor.

I wanted to personally thank Dean for getting my bike ready for this upcoming race. I've been doing way too much traveling this year and he got my bike ready. I rode it today and he put a 52 tooth sprocket and adjusted my clutch and what a huge difference the bike was from the last time I rode it. (Willow Springs) Handling is much better with a front 24" tire. Dean changed my rims to some cool extra wide rims and hook worm tires. I think I'll be ready for the Grange race. All I need is a lot more practice!

That is one serious looking ride.
I like the SCSWs, but they are difficult to reach. All i really wanted was a rolling frame, once they heard that they stopped taking my calls.
Any contact number (that they actually answer) would be of great help.
I have several air cooled Morini engines (thanks to a connection in Italy) looking for a good home, but yours is the first liquid cooled one ive ever seen, very nice.
Good Luck on the track.

FarRider,
You can always PM me and I can help with your order and contacting Pipelyne. I know Dean's been busy with his machine shop so answering the phone during mid day is tough because he's always on the phone and setting up machines.

Here's a photo of the BoXer after the 2nd heat race. That's second and third place in the backround. It ran okay against the 200+cc 4 strokes. The bike handled good in the turns. That's where I made up most of my time because I was only hitting 41mph on the straight vs 46mph (which the 4 strokers) were hitting. Main thing is I had a blast being under displacement and the underdog.
Thank you MotorBicycleRacing for putting on the races and us NorCal guys appreciate you finishing up early because we got home at 11pm instead of 2-3am
