I'm not sure how easy or difficult it is to add, but one thing I find very convenient on other forums that I frequent with similar layouts is a forum jump tab at the bottom of the page. That way when you finish scrolling down to the bottom of a post you simply jump to whatever forum you wish to browse next without scrolling back to the top. It is definitely not a big deal, but is really one of the few "improvement" areas I could notice looking around at site layout.
