Hello. After inspiration from jalopyjournal and jockeyjournal I was inspired to build one of these replicas. I have had a surplus of small engines and I finally found a couple of bikes to start with. One of a Monkey Wards and the other a Western Flyer. I am guessing both are 60's 70's frames, but hard to say for sure. Both have such an even coat of rust they look much older. Anyhow, I'll post up before pics soon!

Welcome rusty :) A gas motor puts a lot of stress on a frame. Real old bikes may not hold up well. (c)
