carbon fiber frames

I believe the 3k and 12a are different types of appearance or the look of the fiber, but I am not 100% positive.

Carbon fiber is no good for building motorbikes. Too prone to cracking from vibration. Stick with good old steel.

actually,I was thinking light weight electric bike.no vibration.very smooth and quiet.I already have 3 heavy steel monsters.Really dont know anything about carbon fiber but is said to be very light and strong.

I don't know anything about it either. But if you're going to pay $300 USD for a bare frame (without suspension), you may consider making the whole thing from scratch. There's an ES thread.
