    I don't know if it's just me, or does BikeBerry's customer service suck?

    It's like, whenever I need anything from them, they always let me down. And if you ever send them an e-mail, they never respond.

    Has anyone here actually had a single good experience with them?

    Why do all motorized bike shops have a worker named Jim ?

    Ive had nothing but badddd luck with there so called support?! (that means NO support other then sending me here lol)
