    Thats a good question, I would also love to know. As much as I've been tinkering with these things i have yet to have to replace a piston.......We'll way for a more seasoned mechanic to answer...

    What i'm thinking is If the engine was new when you got it , the mix should have been closer to 16/1 for at least the first tank. Should be no scuffing at 120 miles. you should get a jug and piston along with a gasket set.......

    Leaky Gas Cap Fix?

    I Just replaced the stock gasket with a 1/8 thick rubber piece i had. I cut with an exactoknife. Filled up the tank and rode 20 - 30 kms and no leaks, So i think I'm good to go !!!

    This one is a CCM. It asks you to input the wheel size or a wheel factor # from a chart it comes with, But it does not exactly specify how far from the hub to install p/u and magnet. So, I cannot use this chart as theres no way it can be accurate when speed of magnet pulses changes with distance...

    I leave it on for the first three or four minutes of running till it warms up than i can turn the handle down ( open, full air ). I'm convinced that it differs motor to motor. Adjust the E clip down until it idles and runs nice warmed up and your usually good to go !!!!!!
