    vibration !!

There is no 'divide'... All experienced builders agree that using rubber between the engine & frame is a 'cheap fix' that will eventually lead to the engine mount bolts breaking. I've built 1000s of these bikes since 2007 & I'll testify that bolting the engine solid & square to the frame is...

Phatmoto Right Pedal Striking Engine Pull Starter Solution

I always use my bottles & torch to widen the one-piece cranks on my builds! (^) (I'm just guessing that this guy probably doesn't have access to a torch).

After a crash, I'm guessing that the crank arm is bent... Remove the crank arm & bang it straight with a hammer. ;)

    Motorized Bicycle Animosity

I'm a bit confused.... you say " I’m not trying to start a fight or a war"... but you originally posted " If you guys want to express you feelings the nasty members contact is in last picture ". Were you hoping one of us would go there and 'stir the pot' for you?

    Motorized Bicycle Animosity

There's a saying... 'If you want to start a fight?, just post anything on the internet , & wait'. laff But seriously... If you're gonna be on any form of social media or forum (such as that one), you better develop a 'thick skin'!! If you really wanna see some internet a-holes?, go to...

Hi from the UK - INDIAN Board Tracker tribute, my first build

That's definitely a nice looking little bike! , but with a 33cc engine, I don't think there's much hope in ever making it powerful enough to satisfy anyone who's used to riding the bikes we currently build for ourselves. :(

How to buy the correct bike for the engine kit

You can't go wrong buying most any 'beach cruiser' style bicycle. Keep in mind that you'll probably have to fabricate some kind of front motor mount because of the curved lower frame tube. If you prefer a mountain bike; look for a 'taller' style steel frame.

Bike is only firing with choke up !

The petcock is NOT see through... If you can blow through it?, it's clean. (but it's supposed to have a small screen filter) Now please check that jet holder like I posted earlier & report back

New gt5 motor ring on head causes huge gap!!

That ring is a 'crush seal'... It's common on most of these 2-stroke engines. It creates a seal into the head gasket. Be sure to always torque the head to spec! (The Shark head can go to 15 ft/lbs).

Bike is only firing with choke up !

Actually... Those pictures you posted look like the 'jet holder' inside the float bowl unscrewed (& fell out)!! Take off the float bowl & check it out! ;)

    new bicycle build.

If you really want a sturdy & inexpensive bike?, look around for a pre-1980 Schwinn cruiser! They can still be bought for less than $300 & they're bullet proof. ;)

Looking to buy a spring chain tensioner... need advice

The shims go in between the engine & the rear mounting block... After loosening both front & rear motor mounts, the shims push the engine forward (without tilting it). Here's the shim kit that I use... chain tensioning shim kit | VeniceMotorBikes.com

    Motomagz walk around

Friggin' awesome!!! (^) It'll be real easy to add a small muffler to it to quiet it down a bit.

    Chain keeps coming off

The coaster brake either needs grease added, or it was assembled wrong... (or both).

Need help getting a good gear ratio

Try a 12t & see how it feels.

Need help getting a good gear ratio

It's really hard to give a exact sprocket size without knowing the details of your engines internal gears... but I suggest starting with a 44t rear sprocket & test riding it.

    full throttle holding back

A good test to see where your jetting is, is to remove the air filter & ride the bike at full speed... If it runs better (without a filter), that means the jet is too big... If it runs worse, that means the jet is too small. Please try this test & report back. :)

Looking to buy a spring chain tensioner... need advice

In my opinion, all spring loaded tensioners are junk!! When you let off the throttle, all the force is transferred to the lower part of the chain (pushing the tensioner down), & that lets the upper part of the chain flop around causing problems like bouncing off the side of the tire & skipping...
