    WOT/Loud and slow

Hey guys thanks for all you help, It was what I believed to be the least likely solution. The air filter was gummed up! I thought it wouldn't be possible because of how little filter there was! Definitly was the issue, I took it off and was able to zoom up to 35 mph again! Was afraid my engine...

    WOT/Loud and slow

Thank you for the response and the compliment! When I ordered my motor I didn't realize this but is a one piece head/jug so there is no head seal. There is a seal at the bottom of the jug and I just replaced it. I will feel for leakage still and check the carb out. I feel like it is lack of...

    Speedometer idea

New style of 66cc engine:To port or not to port

Thank you for the response Greg58 I decided to take off the jug(if I am using incorrect terminology please tell me) look inside. What I believe I should do is bevel the edges of the intake and exhaust ports. Also what are those ridges in the middle of the transfer ports?? Can I remove them...

New style of 66cc engine:To port or not to port

Hello everyone, This is my first post. Some background on myself in regards to motorized bicycles is that I have already built on 66cc motorized bike. It was pretty junkie bike but I really enjoyed working on it. Also I got it going about 27mph with all stock on 24" wheels. It became so...
