The GC series does not have a removable head so no up-grades but a carb and pipe, it will rev to the moon with the governor removed causing valve float and self destruction.     A few updated pictures, won the local Deus Bike Build Off again! Got it in 2016. Lost the global title to a really well done motorcycle converted to electric for under a grand. Bringing both bikes to Joe’s Mini Bike Reunion Oct 19th if anyone is local show up for a great time!

    That rear hub fits nice when you add the drop-out extensions, ends up around 130mm wide. I end up using the extension on the motorbike builds for added wheel-base too.

    1500 watt motor at 52 volts, trying not to explode the rear hub, so far only lost a few gears. Been riding everyday to work for 3 years I think.

    Thanks for your interest, I used the harbor freight tubing roller and a electrical conduit bender, have a new JD2 bender that I use Now instead of the conduit bender. The conduit bender Works pretty darn good tho. Used .065 mild steel for the frame. That rectangle tube allowed the rear...

    Thanks Rick, 51inch wheelbase, the bottom of the loop is 3.5 from the ground. 65# bike with 20hp the ratio is perfect!
